All IOP/PHP's use curriculum that covers the areas of mental health needed for the program.
We go a step further using add-on treatments to help solidify the learning process. For instance, depending on each patient, we may use tVNS, HRV, EMDR, and Neurofeedback.
These add-ons make us unique and are worked in to the overall treatment process.

An IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) is a therapy program designed to provide a higher level of care than traditional individual counseling, while also allowing the client the opportunity of staying in school or work.
It is often considered one step-up from individual counseling.
A PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) is a a structured mental health treatment program that provides 4-6 hours of treatment per day but allows the patient to return home at night. Each program is designed to address a serious mental health issue. And it includes several different types of healthcare providers — like therapists and psychiatrists — who provide treatment.
It is often considered one step-up from IOP but below an inpatient setting.
